Shipping and Returns
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!
SHIPPING POLICY: Our shipping fee is automatically determined by discounted USPS and UPS shipping by weight. We also offer a free local pick up option for Willow Springs Mo, Cabool Mo, and Huckabella in Ozark MO. If you would like to pick up at one of these three locations please select the appropriate one at check out.
All orders will ship out in 5-7 Business days from the date the order was placed. orders will not ship out Friday-Sunday.
If you choose to do local pick up in Cabool or Willow your order will be ready to pick up within 7 days of ordering. If you choose to pick up in Ozark please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be their and ready for pick up.
Please be sure to double check the shipping address when you enter it and make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Once the package leaves our hands we are not responsible for packages that are lost by the mail carrier. If a package is returned due to the incorrect shipping address you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee to reship the product.
All sales are final except in the following circumstances:
1. If you receive an incorrect item, size, color, style because of an error on our end. We will issue you a return label and ship the correct items out to you at our cost. If an issue should arise where we no longer have the item in the correct size or style that you ordered we will give you a complete refund. We will do our best to ensure this does not happen.
2. If you receive the correct item but the size you chose does not fit we will exchange for the exact same item in a different size as long as we have it in stock. We will not refund you for shipping and it will be your responsibility to pay for the additional shipping it will cost to send an additional item in the correct size. If a replacement is unavailable you will receive store credit but no cash refund.
We will only accept returns of items that are UNWASHED, UNWORN, ODOR FREE, UNDAMAGED, TAGS IN TACT, AND NO PET HAIR. You will not receive your refund or replacement item if we receive your item in any other condition. If you need to make a return you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
